Estimates and pricing
Quotes are based on the property details and photos you provide. If conditions on site differ materially, we'll review the change with you before starting work.
Scheduling and weather
Exterior cleaning depends on weather and water access. If we need to reschedule, we'll contact you at the phone number or email you supplied and offer the next available date.
Property access and preparation
Please close windows and doors, move vehicles and fragile items, and provide access to a working water spigot. We are not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing defects, loose siding, failing seals, or unsecured items.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are agreed in writing.
